What is the payment method?

We currently have 5 payment methods available, which are ATM, Payshop, Visa, Mastercard , Maestro and Paypal. You can find out about these payment methods in section 4 of our terms and conditions.

How is the refund processed?

The refund will be made by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the request submitted by the customer.

How long does product delivery take?

Orders are delivered within up to 5 business days. However, the expected delivery time is 48 hours. To learn more about shipping and delivery, please refer to Section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.

How can I return defective products?

The return of products found to be defective or otherwise non-compliant must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase. If the claim is accepted, the purchase price of the product(s), together with the corresponding shipping costs (where these have been borne by the Buyer), will be refunded to the customer's account within 14 days from the date on which the decision to accept the return of the product is communicated.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes! However, we cannot guarantee whether customs duties or import taxes will apply. Any customs duties or import taxes are charged once the order reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. This only applies to international orders outside the European Union. For all orders over €150.00 within the European Union, shipping is free of charge.
