The product is delivered within 5 business days. However, delivery is expected to take place within 48 hours. Find out more about shipping and delivery in section 10 of our terms and conditions.

The return of products that are verified to be defective or have other non-conformities, should be made within 15 days after the purchase. If your complaint is justified, the price of the product(s) ordered and shipping costs (when supported by the "buyer") will be refunded to the customer's account within 14 days from the date in which the decision to return the product was communicated.

The refund will be made by bank transfer within 14 days after the request made by the "buyer".

Yes! However we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders outside of the EU.
